Working with senior management
A business is similar to the human body, with both internal and external needs. Focusing too much on external aspects such as product delivery, finance, marketing, and infrastructure can mean internal aspects such as staff morale, culture, motivation, productivity, recruitment, and retention are overlooked or ignored. This can result in a business's effectiveness, efficiency, output, and longevity being seriously affected.
Leaders need to be brave, honest, and determined to address these internal issues in order for the organization to reach its full potential. To do this on their own would be pretty difficult- almost impossible -which is where I come in.
I support leadership teams from the start; conducting preliminary 'health tests' to identify areas of poor health, clarifying core business values, assessing company-wide behaviour and communication, and providing ongoing individual, leadership and team coaching.
Like human health - Organisational health is not a destination - it is a choice and a discipline where the rewards will always outweigh the effort
