Senior Leadership
There is no ‘neat package’ I can design for working with a senior leadership team as every business is different with contrasting needs. However, what I can promise is the following process:
Meet with senior leadership team
Discuss and start to unravel the issues you are facing.
Establish what you want to achieve and the possible barriers standing in your way.
I will follow up this session with a proposal – assessment, profiling, team sessions, individual and group coaching. I will let you know costs and time scales.

Individuals
Session 1:
Discuss and unravel the issues you are facing.
Establish what you want to achieve and the possible barriers standing in your way.
Session 2:
Complete the Clarity 4D Personality Profile and analyse the report together
Clarifying your strengths and areas to work on.
Session 3: Working with The Values Matrix, we will;
Identify your core and / or business values and goals
Identify your “hooks” and “unhelpful behaviours” that take you away from your values and goals
Discover the “helpful behaviours and decisions” you can start to do that will take you towards your values and goals
Session 4/5: Pull all this learning together to support you to outline your main goals.
Session 6-12: working together on the goals you have set yourself.
After 12 sessions we will discuss if you feel you can continue on your own or if you need further support for an agreed time-period.

Teams
CLARITY 4D PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP:
Analysis of what the Clarity 4D Personality Profiles show.
Developing the teams understanding of different communication types, behaviour preferences, perception and how other’s see you.
The workshop will support individuals in creating an action plan for personal development based on their profile results
Minimum number of 6 people. Maximum is 16 people
The workshop will take around three hours
CLARITY 4D TEAM DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP:
To learn how to recognise different personality types and how we can adapt our behaviour to meet the needs of others
To identify how we like to be communicated with and what not to do!
Team mapping and goal setting
Minimum number of 6 people. Maximum is 16 people
The workshop will take around three hours
TEAM DYNAMIC REPORT AND ANALYSIS:
Analysis of team report and creation of team plan as to how the team can address sub-team performance against organization wide objectives.
Online anonymous questionnaire
Group coaching session where we go through the report and what it shoes about team effectiveness and areas for further support.
Maximum number of 12 people
The workshop will take up to three hours
